Ive got a few windows servers on ESXi 6.5. We recently had a drive go bad in a RAID 5 array and after replacement none of my VM's will start.
When I try to start one of the servers I get the following error:

Any help to either fix this VM or use its data to rebuild it will be much appreciated.
