Can’t update profile image to 542001-standard

Hi there, just updatet a esxi 6.7 u2 to u3.

but I’m not able to update the profile Image from ESXi-6.7.0-20190604001-standard to ESXi-6.7.0-20190802001-Standard.

At first i got some trouble with free dataspace and the following link helps me.

But the profile update just fails. I be tried it over update and install.

Ive tried it to download directly over the cli....

any ideas? Maybe somebody got the same problem?
