We had an issue with disk space on one of our clusters, and as such we have been closely monitoring the datastore space. We have seen the space slowly start to go down in size. For example:
1/14/2014: Free space 62.52GB
2/10/2014: Free space 62.38GB
A small difference (.14GB), but a difference nonetheless. I have been outputting usage of the datastore each week by files and folders, and the only change I've seen from 1/14 to 2/10 was on one of the VM folders. I'm going to start monitoring the particular VM where I found the change, however, is this typical behavior? Perhaps log files just growing? Or should this not be occurring within the datastore? Thanks for any help you can offer.
