WhatsUpGold doesn't get any access to ESXi 4.1 server.

In our enviroment we are using WhatsUpgold to monitor all our Dell servers. We have three ESXi servers with snmp enabled and a community named vmware. Also on these ESXi servers we installed Dell OpenManage v7.3 for ESXi 4.1. When I want to monitor these servers through SNMP with WhatsUpGold I always get a message "No Access". You can find an example attached to this question.
