upgrade to MPIO?

now on my esxi4.1 only has one cable connect to SAN.

I want to add one more network card to creat MPIO.

do I need to delete all the datastores, then after configure and add them again.

or I only need to add one more initiator IP and target IP. then the path will show in my existing volumes.
