The host is HP Proliant BL465c G7 with AMD Opteron 6174 Processors (2 sockets, 12 cores per)
There were only 2 VMs running on it. One with 8vcpu the other with 1vcpu. Almost no CPU Ready
I added a VM with 4vcpu and the CPU Ready went through the roof. Looking at the 8vcpu VM the Ready went from 19ms to 1300ms. I let it sit for a few hours but it stayed at that level consistently. The 1vcpu and 4vcpu servers are very lightly used. But even if they were highly used shouldn't the CPU Ready be low? There are 24 cores on this host and only 13vcpu assigned.
