Hello,
Hoping someone here can help. We are running 6.5.0 Update 1 (Build 5969303). My recent background is predominately hyper-v, although I was VMWare back in ESXi 2.5/3 days.
Whenever we reboot our server for maintenance (BIOS/Firmware Updates for example); we then have to reboot our core switches before some VMs are contactable. It seems sporadic in nature in terms of what VMs are contactable and which are not; but we ALWAYS have to reboot our core switches to regain 100% connectivity. Access to VMWare kernel is never affected. VM Tools installed and updated.
Core switches are 2x Cisco Meraki MS350-24P (stacked). Connectivity to server is simple CAT6 (NetXtreme BCM5720 Gigabit Ethernet) on MGNT network and aggregated 2x 10GBps (QLogic 57810 10 Gigabit Ethernet Adapter) for production VLAN trunk (VMs).
Any Ideas?
