I'm trying to migrate/forklift my ESXi 6.5 installation to all new hardware (USB boot drive and local storage/HDDs with datastore are the same). The RAID controller picked up and activated the RAID1 volume, ESXi booted from the USB boot drive, all the settings are intact, but all the VMs' Status is listed as Invalid (with a red exclamation icon). The datastore is not listed, but the volume is detected. I suspect this is because the volume's id/uuid/guid(?) has changed and ESXi is still pointing to it's old id/uuid/guid. How do I fix it so that the volume's datastore is mounted again and the path to the VMs are updated?
