I am getting the following warning messages in a ESXi vmkernel.log

Can anyone explain what this message is trying to warn about? The message seems to coincide with the failure of an application (running on a VM on one physical machine) to talk to another application (running on a VM on another physical machine) over TCP/IP.
Are there any good links that explains the various warnings and error messages that can be encountered in the ESXi logs?
