Host crashes with this error CPU reset: hard (mode 0)

Hello All

I have an esxi host that disconnects randomly with the following event in the log.  CPU reset: hard (mode 0).

I have no idea why it is doing this.  Diagnostics on hardware are all showing green.

Vmware essentials Version6.7.0 Build8833120

Using veeam backup and replication 10 to a standby host.

Its a production server so I really could suggestions on this one.
