Loading Module ipmi_si_drv taking to much time

Hi All,

Can you help me with our problem, Im new to Esxi. We have a DELL r720 in our company with a Esxi 4.1 (I inherited from the previous IT guy).

There was a power outage and the UPS did not suffice the time of outage.

After powering on, we got a n issue with our server DELL r720 iDRAC.

I applied the soft or hard reset but still IDRAC still no working, in short it FAILED.

I continue to load the  ESXi, but it cant load the "impi_si_drv"

I found some article to disable the module "impi_si_drv"

by using "Shift+O" and enter the command "noipmiEnabled"

but its not working

"boot: noipmiEnabled"
"could not find kernel image: noipmiEnabled"

please help.
