Change datastore interface from SAS to FC on same SAN storage

Hi all,

We have environment with 3 ESXi forming VM HA, connecting to IBM SAN Storage DS3512 by SAS which are datastores located.

Now we have project to change interface from SAS to FC using same storage and wish to seek to minimize risk from data loss during the change.

Any idea or experience can be shared? Thanks in advance.
