DataStore Capacity Keeps Rolling Back

Hello there,

I have 2 VMware Datastores located on a Dell EMC.

I have increased the size on the Dell EMC, and then Increased the DataStore size in VMware.

However, the size showing in the client or the web console keeps reverting back.

This pictures shows what it keeps reverting back to:

Then all I do is hit the Refresh and it shows the correct Capacity, but that only lasts an hour at most:

Can anyone tell me how to get the 7TB to stick?
