"Relocating modules and starting up the Kernel" forever

Hi,
I own a server with Intel Xeon W3550 Processor, 6 GB RAM, WD Velociraptor 150 GB Hard drive, X8SAX Motherboard and ATI Radeon HD 5870.
I've burnt ESXi 5.0.0 Update 1 ISO image and I've rebooted my system.
When I arrive to "Relocating modules and starting up the Kernel", the system continuosly reboots.
Previously I used VMware ESXi 4 successfully.

Can someone tell me what I have to do in order to use VMware ESXi 5?
