ESXi host with non-native i40e NIC driver and TCP Segmentation Offload (TSO) enabled alert but no Intel nics in server

Hello,

I have 8 Dell FC640 servers all upgraded recently to ESXi 6.7u3 using the newest Dell custom ISO downloaded from support.dell.com based on the service tag of the first machine.  All 8 servers are identically configured.

Only on my first server do I see a VMWare skyline health warning for "ESXi host with non-native i40e NIC driver and TCP Segmentation Offload (TSO) enabled"

It references this KB article: VMware Knowledge Base

The thing is, all 8 servers are identical, all upgraded by the same iso image, none of them have any Intel NIC's (they are all broadcom/ qlogic).  Yet vmware skyline health reports just this 1 server having this warning.

I've checked between this server and the second server as an example, and none of them have the i40e driver attached to the vmnic's.  Yes TSO offloading and LRO are both enabled across all hosts, but it shouldnt be a problem with broadcom or qlocic network cards.

I see the i40e driver is a part of vmware so it came with the installation, and it exists on the other servers, but none of my 8 servers are actually USING this driver because there are no Intel NICs.

How can I remove this warning from the only server its showing up on in Skyline health?

VCenter server is 6.7 update 3 with the latest patch. All ESXi servers are on the latest build as of this positing (4/27/2020).
