Migrating the VM's from ESXi host to ESXi 6.5 and new vCenter.

Hi All,

We have 34 VM's running on 2 ESXi host 5.5. We are planning to migrate these VM's to Dell Hyper-Converge vxrail 35TB. We will build new vcenter 6.5. Just wanted to know what are points needs to consider before migrating from ESXi host to ESXi 6.5 and how it can be migrated ?

ESXi host version in vcenter 5.5. and HW HP DL 380 Gen8.
