I opened a support ticket with VMWare based on the fact that my windows 10 machines hosted in my esxi environment were giving me a gray screen. I have looked around the forums but thought I might as well launch a support ticket because if they can't fix it I just won't buy the product. ( I am running the trial version)

I just want to check I have the correct thinking here.
The point of a trial version is for me to still buy a buggy product and then pay full price for a buggy product and ask my my money back if it stays buggy.?
