Hello, on the thread below i had a crash on my esx cased by firmware incompatabilities to the installed ESX version.

CRASH & purple screen on ESX 6.5.0 exception 14

But unfortunately the server crash again. But now its slightly different. Now the error message is refferring to the CPU.

Now it cannot be any incompatability from the firmware to hardware or ESX version, now i think it's a hardware defect causing this problems.

After a cold reboot everything is fine again, but it could happen every day again.

Any suggestions what to check or what to do?
