USB 3.0 xHCI Controller Passthrough not capable

Hello,

I have got a Huawei 2288H V5 Server with Intel(R) Xeon(R) Bronze 3104 CPU. It is Vx-D enabled. Esxi :6.7.0 Update 3 (Build 14320388)

In the Hardware- PCI Devices page, C620 Series Chipset Family USB 3.0 xHCI Controller passthrough is "not capable". But some other device, such as X722 for 1GbE is Passthrough capable.

Can someone help me to make this USB xHCI controller passthrough?
