vihostupdate.pl execute in cli on win7 open texteditor

Hello,

i want to install dell omsa on a ESXI 4.1 server.

When i try to execute the Command (like Vihostupdate.pl --Server IP_des_ESXi_Hosts –i –b c:\temp\OM-SrvAdmin-Dell-Web-7.2.0-6945.VIB-ESX41i.zip) only the perl file open in the text editor.

Perl Package Manager und Vmware CLi are installand on a Windows7 PC.

Are there any other Programms or settings to execute perl Scripts on a Windows7 PC ?
