I am trying to access an IronKey usb drive from a Windows 7 VM on a host with ESXi 4.1. I have been able to edit the settings of the VM to mount the Cd/DVD image of the IK as a SCSI device. Windows is abel to see the device, but will not launch the unlocker executable. I would like to know if I am missing any other steps that need to be taken to successfully mount an IK to a VM via the host (CLI, other settings, etc.), or if this is the expected behavior with this circumstance and not possible to mount an IK. I have seen very little information in regards to using an IK through ESXi. Thank you in advance.
