[ESXI5.5.0] Not allowed to download ESXI5.5.0 Update 3b ?!?

Hello,

I'm trying to download  ESXI5.5.0 Update 3b

I have this error :

I have a free licence key (is it the reason ?)

I can't add my free licence key to my keys manager (or I don't know how).

Could you help me to download the upgrade ?
