VShpere | Screen does not FIT

Good evening,

I am using VMware vSphere 5.5 (no update) with Windows 10 Pro, connected to the host server vmware ESXi 5.5, but when you connect a VM by vshpere console, the screen does not fit as it should (attached).
Could someone please help me?
