Virtualization of three servers - hardware parameters

I would like to do three virtual servers. I would like to have a website and mail on one, run an inventory on the other, and on the third Windows server to authenticate user access. I can buy a used computer with parameters.

Will the three servers placed on the free ESXi be stable?

I would like to start with this and I need help.
