Dynamic drives are missing on VM

Hi All,

On one of the server there are duplicate missing drives on the server. Snapshot attached.

I have already followed below article but no go

The VM is running on ESXi 4.1 Update 1

we have removed the drives and added again but no go

any suggestions on how to proceed
