I have a Dell PE R420 with ESX 6.5 U1 that randomly becomes unresponsive on nearly a daily basis. The firmware is all updated. There is only 1 vm on this esx server. 16gb ram, and 6 CPUs x Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2430 0 @ 2.20GHz. Can someone point me in the right direction to troubleshoot why this is happening? Is there a tool to help read the logs?
