Esxi 6.7 - SSH Server unexpected closed connection

I have a new installation of 6.7 its running VMs etc.  I followed https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/2041660  but now, i can't ssh into the server at all.  I still have web access on one of them, but the second one i attempted to do this on i lost web management.  Furthermore, that server, the one web management is not working on, tells me that the local console is disabled ? don't know how that happened.

 

any help would be appropriated.. how can i get into the server that I have to change that back, what should it be.  What i am attempting to do is login via ssh though AhsayOBM to do backups, but apparently that is not working.  I still need that to work as well, i cannot ssh to the servers currently from that OBM box either.
