Script to get storage active and dead path if any and export in csv ?

Hi All,

Just wondering if any one came across such requirement,  I was looking for a script which can give me details in csv of storage active and dead path if any.

so that i can take necessary steps if any storage path is dead and resolve (hba or fc cable or fc switch side issue).
