Hades Canyon nic issues

I have a Hades canyon pc with 2 onboard NIC's and 4 USB to Ethernet devices.

I'm trying to move the management network to vusb3. I thought I moved it over to usb3 but Every time i remove the main box cable I lose the ability to access the gui
