Cannot see the option to add a new hard disk to Virtual Machine

I am trying to add a new hard disk to my VM, but when I open the wizard to add a new hard disk, there is no option to add one. There is an option to add a cd/rom drive and all the other options. Just not one for adding a new hard disk...

Any ideas?
