How do i create a custom ESXi image with out using VM image builder in vshpere.

I have an Alienware M14X, I wish to load the ESXi os onto. but is missing the network driver. so I would like to create image with the drivers. But. I cant use Vshere to get to the VM /image builder as I have no client to login to. how can I create an image?
