Can I migrate from 6.5 to 6.7?

Now I'm working with Esxi 6.5.0 (4887370) and using Workstation 12.5.7 build-5813279.

I would like to migrate to the new version of 6.5.7, but I would not like to meet any problems later; for example being forced to upgrade also Workstation.

In other words, it must be a "zero cost" upgrade.

I wanted your opinion.
