Build ESXi 4.1 U3

Hi,

I want to build esxi 4.1 U3 in my HP Proliant G7 blade.I downloaded below iso but i am not sure if this is the one i should be using. Also i want to know which driver version should i download from HP site as well.

1) I downloaded below iso from link : https://my.vmware.com/group/vmware/details?downloadGroup=ESXI41U3&productId=230#errorCheckDiv

VMware-VMvisor-Installer-4.1.0.update03-800380.x86_64.iso

Is this is a correct iso?

2) also i have downloaded HP NIC Driver 4.1.334.0 from link :

Quick help on same would be much appricated as i need to start with the implementation asap.
