"Counting" Unhandled Exception Error When Attempting to Log into ESXi 6.5U1 Web Console

Hey Guys -

I run an ESXi 6.5 Update 1 Host in my home lab which I recently rebuilt from scratch.  Due to resource limitations, I don't use vCenter with it nor is it on a domain or have an SSL vert.  When logging into the web console a couple of days ago via Chrome, I entered credentials and instead of it goes to the dashboard, the screen went black and it had an "Unhandled Exception" message.  Immediately to the right of "Unhandled Exception" (red arrow below) were numbers in parenthesis that started at 1 and kept increasing by 1 at a rate of probably 2-3 a second.

IE has intermittent issues loading it and Edge loads it fine yet slowly.  I tried it from Chrome on another system and get the same issue, yet prior to a few days ago always used Chrome.  Below is what I've tried to resolve the issue - none of which worked:

• Emptied Chrome's cache
• Restarted host
• Patched host from 6.5 Update 1 base to the latest image profile as of writing (7967591) via SSH

Perhaps it's conflicting with a new version of Chrome?  I haven't ever seen a counting error like this before with anything!  Didn't know if anyone else had experienced this or had suggestions.
