Dell FX2s w FC430 Sled

Hi,

I have a FC430 Sled in a dell FX2s chassis with the pcie slots in the back of the chassis.

am i able to say insert a quad NIC into the PCIe lanes at the back and then connect 4 thin clients directly to the Esxi host / FC430 sled instead of connecting to a VM on the host over the network where its slow. can i connect to it directly into the host.
