Is there a way to read a -CTK.VMDK file to see what blocks have been modified on the associated VMDK and by which program or process? I cannot open it with any Text editor nor can I mount it to another VM to read the disk.

Is there another way to see what programs are modifying the blocks on my Virtual Disks?
