Ressource Pool and vSphere Client HTML5

Hi,

I've recently installed an ESXi 6.5u1 in standalone ( without vCenter) and since the vSphere client C# isn't compatible with it, I have to use the vSphere client HTML5.

And now, I'm wondering how to create a resource pool?

I looked everywhere, but I couldn't find the option, if someone knows how to do it I would be very nice to indicate how to do it.
