Enabling Intel Direct IO/VT-d makes ESXi 6.5 not detect my 2TB sata hard drive?

To be Precise I have made a home-lab PC, which ESXi 6.5 is installed as its main OS. it contains 2 sata hard drives one which is 110GB and the other which is 2TB. Other than that I also have installed an nVidia quadro 4000 GPU which you might know that I need passthrough for to be able to use it in my VMs.

FYI: before this problem I had installed 5 VMs in my 2TB hard drive

Now The problems is that when I enable intel VT-d from my asus p9x79 Bios Utility for to be able to passthrough my nVidia GPU to my VMs, It basically makes ESXi not detect my 2TB hard drives. Although If I try esxcli storage core path list

I can see both 110GB hard drive and my 2TB hard drive, But the second one I mean 2TB is just not being shown in add storage tab which trying to create no datastore, But then When I disable my VT-d back my hard drive is visible again.

All replies are much appreciated
