The RDP client can not connect to the RDS VM. ESXI 6.5

I installed my server with ESXI 6.5 everything works fine with the exception that, I can not login to the RDS VM, my router is configured correctly:
NAT -> RDS port to VMRDS
From a post I can not ping the VM RDS yet on the VM, I have access to other machines on the network and the internet.
