We have been running into problems with 2 hosts running esxi 6.0u3 with the following hardware:
X10DRL-i supermicro board
Xeon E5-2630 v4
The problem we see is that the system will lock up, no diagnostic information, no PSOD. Completely unresponsive, with nothing in the logs. Restarting the system brings it back, but we haven't been able to get any diagnostic information to either supermicro or vmware to assist in determining the cause of the problem. We have updated the bios to 2.0b, was previously on 2.0a when the problem has occurred. Was curious to see if anybody else has experienced problems with 6.0u3 running on that board/cpu combination.
