VMware Remote Console needs 33 seconds to establish connection

Dear VMware-Community,

my set up:

Clients: Linux Clients (with Cent OS 7.3 and 7.4) and VMware Remote Console (Version 10.0.0 and 10.0.1)

Server: ESXi 6.5 (tested with ESXi Embedded Host Client 1.2.1 and ESXi Embedded Host Client 1.2.3)

Directly switched 1000 MBit/s network, no firewall in between or on client

Problem:

It takes about 33 seconds to establish the connection. (between clicking "Console" -> "Launch Remote Console" on the embedded Host Client and the apperance of the graphical output of the VM).

Does anyone have and idea why or solution?
