Missing physical NIC in dashboard, but present in CLI

I have a problem with vmware esxi 6.5.

i can see the intel PRO/1000 dual card in cli, but they don't appear in dashboard (i can't attach them to VMs)

the server was upgraded from esxi 6 (it used to work before)

Any ideas on how to make them appear in dashboard?
