VMware vSphere 6 Essentials Small Infrastructure

Hi hall, I'm going to upgrade my old small infrastructure. I've bought:

1 -VMware vSphere 6 Essentials Kit for 3 hosts (Max 2 processors per host)

6- VMware vSphere 6 Essentials for 1 processor

1- VMware vCenter Server 6 Essentials for vSphere

I have three physical host (HP DL 380) each one with his local disk, so no shared storage.

I plan to ESXi on two server and use the last one to installa VCenter server and Backup Server (Veeam). The repository will be a NAS connected to the physcal server or to the esxi server.

Is this a good solution? I can't change the hardware now.
