ESXI 6.0 Tools download page can't be reached

Hi, I just installed ESXI 6.0 on my server.

Now i get this message:

Download toold to manage this host from:
http://192.168.1.254/ (STATIC)

But I if try to load this page from another PC the connection is refused.

What I've to do?
