ESXi not work with DQ45CB and Xeon x3210

I tried to install ESXi 6.5 on my home server.

MB: Intel DQ45CB

CPU: Xeon X3210

GPU: Nvidia GT710

But the install process stuck on " Relocating modules and starting up the kernel… " , I've tried to apply a boot option ignoreHeadless=TRUE without success.

After few times I decided to install ESXi 4.1 but without success. What can I do?
