Hi, I can't seem to find any info on this or don't know how to set it up - but I though I had done it in the distant past.
Can you get esxi hosts to log to a syslog server to separate files? I have setup a syslog server, and pointed an esxi host at it, however it is logging everything to the messages file.
The checkbox for log unique dir can't be checked. Thanks for any info on this, I've read the docs and it says on many of parameters that if you use a remote syslog, that it has no effect but this does not say that about log unique and I can't find any examples. (I am using the flash web client on vphere 6.5)
