Copy a VM from vSphere 5.5 to an USB key

Hi all,

I work with several ESXi which ar not on the same network (I don't have the right to connect them with each other). I need to copy a VM to an USB key and to export it to another ESXi with the vSphere client. Nonetheless when I try to copy the VM's folder or on one of its file, I have an OVA file on my USB key... I don't need that because the md5 changes and I get a corrupted file on the ESXi of destination...(doesn't work either if I remove the md5 file.

Any ideas?
